Class/workshop refund Policy

Residents of Indiana receive a full refund of all tuition paid if the student cancels prior to the first day of the first week of the term, or if the student accepted was unqualified and the GESCDC did not secure a disclaimer, or if the GESCDC procured the student’s enrollment as the result of false representations in the written materials used by the GESCDC, or in oral representations made by or on behalf of the GESCDC. GESCDC will issue full refunds within thirty-one (31) calendar days of cancellation.   A student who withdraws or is administratively withdrawn after the three-business-day cancellation period shall be entitled to a pro rata tuition refund, as calculated below, less any amounts owed by the student for the current enrollment period, less the onetime application fee. GESCDC will issue pro-rated refunds within thirty-one (31) calendar days of the effective date of withdrawal. A written note of withdrawal is not required.
